IMP announces strike price for Distribution Reinvestment Plan

ING Medical Properties Trust (NZX ticker: IMP) today announced that the strike price for the Distribution Reinvestment Plan, inclusive of the 1% discount being offered, is $1.1696 per unit. This is calculated as the weighted average of the prices at which units in the Trust were sold through NZX during the period of seven calendar days immediately following the record date.

This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 16 March 2010.
